The Solution

In 2017 we were approached by ES Global Solutions and asked to manufacture parts for a contract they had won to build a Velodrome in Jakarta Indonesia for the 2018 Asian games.

A velodrome is oval shaped and has a graduating inclined curve, so the design process of this was a serious challenge. However, by working closely with Global’s in-house designers, and the many other companies involved in the project, we successfully designed and manufactured over 1200 individual working parts for the seating and the angled facades which mirrored the shape of the Velodrome.
